Chad LaSala is a Principal with NAI Heartland and has been with the firm since 1999. Chad has worked in multiple facets of brokerage specializing in tenant/buyer representation for both retail and office clients. He focuses primarily on the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, but also works for clients throughout the state of Kansas and most of Missouri. His proactive approach with his clients includes in-depth market planning, site selection and strong negotiation skills.
Background & Experience
Chad has provided brokerage services to clients throughout his 18 year commercial real estate career. His approach focuses on understanding each client's needs and objectives before helping design a strategy to help meet those goals. Chad began his career with Kohl Commercial Real Estate in 1996 and later joined Zimmer Real Estate Services Company, working primarily as an office broker. He was able to experience different aspects of the business and develop skills necessary to succeed within the brokerage industry. Chad joined NAI Heartland in 1999 and has been actively involved in the growth and success the company has seen over the past 16+ years.
