Shannon Faulkender joined NAI Heartland in January 2020. With more than 20 years of experience, Shannon manages operations and leads the NAI Heartland property management and brokerage teams. Her core responsibilities include driving sales and operational efficiencies, organizational growth and strategic planning. She also oversees the financial health of the business, human resources, streamlining technology and managing vendor relationships.

Shannon is a highly accomplished, results-driven leader offering decades of progressive experience in operations and finance management within start-ups and global multi-billion dollar organizations. She has established plans, developed systems and performed operational and finance overhauls. Shannon has also led numerous organizational restructuring plans through change management generating optimal profitability. She has strong qualifications in driving financial controls and processes in compliant industries.
